Confluence Administration Cloud

Step into your role as a Confluence administrator and help your teams do their best work

This newly refreshed course prepares you, a new Confluence administrator, to configure and manage Confluence for your organization.

  • How to manage permissions

  • How to configure global settings

  • How to import, export, back up, and restore spaces

  • How to improve your site with analytics

You’re about to learn how to set up Confluence for your organization and keep it functioning. But also see best practices and use cases to make Confluence your team’s go-to collaborative tool.

First, you’ll gain an understanding of the different levels of administration available in Confluence. You’ll see how users are brought into the product – including product access, user and group management.

You’ll also learn to control access with global and space permissions. And configure global settings to make it easy for your team to collaborate and get their work done.

If you want to convert your Confluence to a static website, import space content to another Confluence, or keep a back-up before you delete a space, you’ll see how exporting can help. You’ll also get into importing, creating back-ups, and archiving vs deleting.

Eventually, you’ll want to know if your content is helpful to your team. That’s where Confluence analytics comes in. You’ll learn how to measure Confluence usage with report – so you can gain insights that drive informed business decisions.
