Intended for the technical and non-technical alike, your team will go beyond Jira alone to experience the DevOps workflow in Jira, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management, and other third-party tools.

They’ll learn how to build, automate, and improve DevOps processes used for the development and delivery of software and other digital products. When your team uses these tools to manage the complete product lifecycle, they’ll create an actionable system of record for the work – allowing them to better manage changes, respond quickly to incidents, and continuously improve your product.

Your team will get experience integrating a Jira project with a code repository, viewing commits, branches, pulling requests in Jira, viewing release information in Jira, using Jira automation with DevOps triggers, and much more.

NOTE: Knowledge of DevOps concepts, practices, and tools is helpful but not required before taking this course. Foundational DevOps concepts will only be covered at a very high level.
