What’s involved? For most, certification will require skilling up with Atlassian University courses, getting hands-on experience with Atlassian’s tools, then studying for and passing a certification exam.

Managing Jira Projects (ACP-610 and ACP-620):

Prove your skills in optimizing Jira Software for your development teams. Topics include configuring projects and boards, customizing workflows, managing project permissions, and more. This certification is intended for Jira project administrators, scrum masters, project leads, and board administrators.

New! Atlassian Cloud Organization Admin:

This certification covers the skills needed to configure and manage Atlassian Cloud sites and products to support their organizations. You’ll show that you can administer users and groups across multiple Cloud organizations, sites, & products, manage product access, configure user access settings, and more. This certification is intended for the first 6–12 months of administering an Atlassian Cloud organization.

Managing Jira Service Projects (ACP-420):

Demonstrate your ability to configure and administer Jira Service Management projects, applying best practices to optimize your customers' service experiences. Topics include configuring and troubleshooting request types, queues, SLAs and notifications, managing access for customers and team members, configuring knowledge bases, and more. This Certification is intended for experienced Jira service project administrators.

Jira Administration for Cloud (ACP-120):

Project Administration in Jira Server (ACP-600):

This certification was retired on 15 November 2021. The certification will be recognized until 2 February 2024.
