The best way to set up an organized Confluence space
How to manage space permission and page access
How to create content faster with templates, blueprints, and macros
Do you or your team have a difficult time finding content? Or users are accessing pages they shouldn’t (or can’t access what they should)?
Maybe you’re just spending a lot of time manually updating or creating content.
Sound familiar?
Then it’s time to understand Confluence spaces.
Managing Confluence Spaces will show you how to structure content so it's easy to find and use, how to clean up and maintain the content, and control user access.
You’ll learn how to create standardized content quickly with templates and blueprints. And you’ll discover macros that reduce manual updating and make life easier.
When you need to, you also learn how to export and archive your space.
